A practical guide to using AI answer evidence, website findings and reports in repeatable customer work.

Start with the job you need to complete

IndexHalo is an AI search intelligence workspace for teams that need to understand how selected answers describe a business and decide what to do next. It connects a buyer question to original responses, mentions, citations, compared brands, website findings and a report. Its purpose is to make a finding inspectable and useful to the person responsible for the next action.

An agency can use that workflow to prepare a recurring client readout. An in-house team can investigate positioning and content questions. A founder can examine a small set of purchase decisions without buying a different feature tier to access reports. The best starting point is a decision your team already needs to make.

Follow one question through the product

  1. Define the business and a realistic buyer question.
  2. Choose the market, language and available sources, then review the complete-search cost.
  3. Read Overview and compare mentions with citations to the owned website.
  4. Open the original answers and exact cited pages.
  5. Create a specific action with an owner and a completion test.
  6. Export a report suited to the stakeholder.
  7. Repeat the same scope when the question warrants another measurement.

For agencies: a client deliverable with receipts

The commercial opportunity is a service the client can use repeatedly: a stable question set, an explanation of the latest evidence, a prioritised action register and a report that preserves the source material. A chart alone leaves the client asking what to do. A report tied to a page, owner and acceptance test moves the work forward.

Budget across clients before enabling collection. Five clients, 15 questions and four runs in one market require 300 complete searches. Additional markets or a fifth run need additional allowance. This arithmetic describes a possible workload, not a promised client result. Choose a plan by volume; every IndexHalo plan includes the same feature set.

For companies: connect findings to existing work

Marketing teams can use cited pages and answer passages to examine content and positioning. Product teams can inspect how features or trade-offs are described. Technical teams can review page and crawler findings. Business stakeholders can read a concise report with the original sample and next decision. Use supplied analytics and logs when the question concerns visits or bot activity; those cannot be inferred from mentions alone.

Understand the subscription

Professional: $49 USD/month for 100 credits; Business: $129 USD/month for 300 credits; Agency: $299 USD/month for 750 credits. Prices are monthly and exclude applicable tax. One credit is one complete question × market/language × run across selected available sources. Monthly credits reset without rollover; separate non-expiring credits remain. Reopening and exporting saved reports does not use another credit.

A fixed allowance lets you decide where measurement is useful. It is not unlimited daily monitoring. Calculate the expected number of questions and repeat runs before subscribing, and keep some allowance for important follow-up questions.

Know what the evidence cannot establish

IndexHalo does not guarantee citations, recommendations, traffic or sales. A selected answer sample is not the entire AI market. Modelled topic demand is not private assistant prompt volume; imported referrals do not capture every AI-influenced journey. Read the collection method, source labels and denominators beside a finding.
