1. Who provides the service
IndexHalo is published by Luke Kevin McLaughlin, trading as lukekevinmclaughlin-oss (the “publisher”). Contact: support@indepapps.com.
2. The service
IndexHalo analyses public pages, bounded public websites, and user-supplied material using its built-in reporting engine. Reports may combine page-level crawl evidence, OCR output, monitoring history, timestamped live citation observations, cross-referenced evidence gaps, recommendations, and transparent comparative estimates.
3. Important report limitations
Live observations prove only what a specified provider response returned for a recorded query at the recorded time. AI vendors do not disclose complete training, ranking, or citation mechanisms. Comparative profile scores are estimates, not vendor-issued measurements, guarantees of future citation, or proof that a model trained on particular material.
4. Your responsibilities
You must have the right to submit and analyse the material you provide. You may not use the service to access private networks, infringe rights, upload malicious content, evade technical safeguards, or violate applicable law.
5. Subscriptions and billing
IndexHalo Professional is billed at the price and interval shown at checkout. Stripe handles payment. Subscriptions continue until cancelled and can be managed through the billing portal. Cancellation may take effect at the end of the current paid period where shown by Stripe. Access may end when a subscription becomes inactive, past due, disputed, or refunded.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep IndexHalo available and useful but do not promise uninterrupted access. Providers, model families, scoring weights, limits, and features may change to reflect the evolving AI-search market.
7. Intellectual property
You retain rights in material you submit. IndexHalo and its software, visual identity, scoring system, and service content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Reports may be used internally and shared for legitimate professional purposes.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Reports are decision-support information, not legal, financial, economic, or journalistic advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.
9. Governing terms and contact
