IndexHalo analyses public pages, bounded public websites, and user-supplied material using its built-in reporting engine. Reports may combine page-level crawl evidence, OCR output, monitoring history, timestamped live citation observations, cross-referenced evidence gaps, recommendations, and transparent comparative estimates.

Live model comparisons record only what a specified model returned for a recorded prompt at the recorded time. AI vendors do not disclose complete training, ranking, or citation mechanisms. IndexHalo reports separate measures and no composite score. Answer measures carry their count and denominator (for example, named in 31 of 50 answers), page checks report pass, fail or unknown, and search-demand figures are labelled as provider estimates. They describe what was collected at the recorded time, not vendor-issued measurements, guarantees of future citation, or proof that a model trained on particular material.

You must have the right to submit and analyse the material you provide. You may not use the service to access private networks, infringe rights, upload malicious content, evade technical safeguards, or violate applicable law.

Stripe handles the monthly web subscription shown at checkout. Professional includes 100 credits for $49 USD per month, Business 300 for $129 and Agency 750 for $299. Every tier includes the same full package; only the monthly credit allowance changes. Each paid billing period starts a new allowance. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Cancel renewal through Billing at any time; the subscription continues until the end of the paid period. There are no automatic overage charges. New searches pause when no available credits remain. One credit covers one complete buyer-question search in one market and language, across the selected available sources, together with its analysis and saved report. The credit is deducted only after all selected sources have usable evidence and the complete report is saved. Incomplete or failed searches release the reserved credit. Reading and exporting an existing report is free. Additional questions, markets, languages or repeat runs are separate searches. Previously purchased credits remain valid at their original quantities and do not expire. They are separate from the monthly allowance. A verified refund or payment dispute may remove corresponding unused credits or suspend monitoring where the balance is insufficient.

We aim to keep IndexHalo available and useful but do not promise uninterrupted access. Providers, model families, scoring weights, limits, and features may change to reflect the evolving AI-search market.

You retain rights in material you submit. IndexHalo and its software, visual identity, scoring system, and service content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Reports may be used internally and shared for legitimate professional purposes.

Reports are decision-support information, not legal, financial, economic, or journalistic advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.
