ChatGPT visibility tracker
See whether ChatGPT names your brand when buyers ask, which pages it cites and who it names instead. Every answer is kept in full, so you can check any number yourself.
What it tracks in ChatGPT
- Whether you are named. For each question, whether ChatGPT named your brand and in what order, with the count of answers behind the figure.
- Which pages it cites. The pages each answer links to, including your own and other sites'.
- Who it names instead. The rival brands in the same answers, on the same question.
- The full answer. Each answer is kept word for word with its citations, market, language and collection time, so you can read what your buyers read.
How tracking works
- Choose your buyers' questions and market. The cost is shown before anything runs.
- IndexHalo asks them. One credit covers one question across every selected AI source: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Claude and Perplexity.
- Read the findings. See who was named and cited, then open the answers behind any number.
- Re-check. Professional includes 10 questions re-checked weekly; Business 30; Agency 150. No credits are used. Beyond those, schedule a saved question set daily, weekly or monthly. When you set the schedule, you approve a credit limit per run and per month; each scheduled run uses one credit per question and market.
Trend lines appear only when the same questions were checked again with the same sources, market and model. A single check shows bars, never a trend.
What a ChatGPT tracker can't tell you
Answers vary from one run to the next, so treat one reading as a reading. Being named isn't proof of traffic or sales. No vendor can make ChatGPT cite a particular site, and IndexHalo doesn't claim to. It doesn't collect ChatGPT Ads. You can read more in how IndexHalo measures.

Getting ChatGPT to name you
Tracking shows you the gap. These guides cover what to do about it: how to get ChatGPT to recommend your brand, how to get cited by ChatGPT and how to let OAI-SearchBot read your site.

Common questions
Can I track my ChatGPT visibility for free?+
One free complete AI search and report after you verify your email. No card required. That shows you where you stand once. Weekly re-checks come with the monthly plans.
How often does IndexHalo check ChatGPT?+
Professional includes 10 questions re-checked weekly; Business 30; Agency 150. No credits are used. Beyond those, schedule a saved question set daily, weekly or monthly. When you set the schedule, you approve a credit limit per run and per month; each scheduled run uses one credit per question and market.
Is one ChatGPT check enough?+
No. ChatGPT's answers can differ from one run to the next, so one check is a reading and not a trend. IndexHalo only draws a trend line when the same questions were checked again with the same sources, market and model.
Is this the same as an LLM SEO tool or an AI rank tracker?+
Broadly, yes. Those names describe software that asks AI assistants set questions and records who gets named and cited. ChatGPT answers don't have fixed positions like a search results page, so IndexHalo reports who was named and cited with the count behind it, and doesn't blend them into a single score.
