IndexHalo vs Peec AI

Peec AI is a European AI visibility platform with a strong multi-country tracking story. It also does not publish its prices, which is the single most important thing to know before evaluating it. This compares what each product publishes and is explicit about what could not be established.

How these figures were checked

Every price and limit attributed to another vendor below was read from that vendor's own public pricing page on 11 August 2026, and each is linked so you can check it yourself. Pricing in this category changes often. If you are reading this well after that date, treat the figures as a starting point and verify before deciding. Re-check competitor pricing quarterly, or whenever a vendor announces a pricing change.

Peec AI does not publish prices

This is the most useful single fact for anyone comparing the two, so it goes first. As read on 11 August 2026, Peec AI's pricing page lists four tiers — Starter, Pro, Advanced and Enterprise — all marked as annual billing, with no price displayed for any of them and no currency stated.

We are not going to publish an estimate. Third-party listicles quote figures for products like this routinely, and those figures are frequently out of date or simply invented. If cost is part of your decision, you will need to contact Peec directly.

IndexHalo publishes IndexHalo Professional at EUR 79 per month and IndexHalo Agency at EUR 299 per month, with Enterprise arranged directly. Whether published pricing matters to you is a real question rather than a rhetorical one — it speeds up evaluation, but plenty of capable enterprise products price privately.

What Peec AI does publish

Its tiers are described by feature composition. Starter states access to ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity and Gemini, with 3 models included, 1 project, daily tracking and chat support. Pro adds a second project, 3 countries per project, and chat plus email support. Advanced states 5 countries per project and everything in Pro. Enterprise is described as everything in Advanced plus unspecified additions, requiring a sales conversation. Looker integration, API access, MCP integration and SSO appear as integration options, with a Slack community and custom onboarding mentioned as support features.

The dimension that stands out is countries per project. Most tools in this category tier on prompts or engines; tiering on geography suggests multi-market tracking is central to the product rather than an afterthought.

Where Peec AI is the better choice

Multi-country brand tracking. If you need to know how a brand appears in AI answers across several national markets, Peec tiers explicitly on that and IndexHalo does not. On published information this is a clear fit advantage.

Broad engine list at the entry tier. Six engines named at Starter is a wide published list for an entry plan, subject to the 3-model limit we could not fully interpret.

European vendor. For organisations with a preference or requirement for EU-based suppliers, that is a legitimate procurement factor. IndexHalo also prices in euro, so on that specific axis the two are comparable.

Where IndexHalo differs

Content diagnosis rather than visibility tracking alone. IndexHalo's starting point is crawling and analysing the content: crawler access across fifteen named AI user-agents, passage extractability, answer-capsule detection, claim provenance and citation readiness. Peec's public pages describe a visibility tracking product; we did not find comparable page-level diagnostic analysis described.

Document analysis with OCR. Uploaded documents, including image-only scanned PDFs, analysed before publication.

Published pricing. You can see what IndexHalo costs without talking to anyone.

Free tools, no signup. The crawler access checker, llms.txt generator and robots policy builder.

Evaluating a product that will not show you a price

Since a sales conversation is unavoidable here, it is worth going into it with the right questions rather than treating the demo as a product tour.

Ask for the price in writing, with the billing minimum and the annual commitment stated, before you invest time in a technical evaluation. Vendors who price privately sometimes have a wide range, and discovering at week three that the floor is well above your budget is an avoidable waste. Ask what happens at each published limit — what does a project or a country actually mean in practice, and what occurs when you exceed one.

Then apply the same two tests you would apply to any tool in this category, ours included. Ask them to drill from a headline metric back to the exact archived answer, with its query, engine and timestamp. Ask what sample size sits behind a reported percentage and whether a confidence interval is shown. A vendor with rigorous methodology will welcome both questions because they are the parts they got right.

The European angle, weighed honestly

Peec AI is a European vendor and IndexHalo prices in euro, so for teams with a procurement preference for EU suppliers both are worth a look — but it is worth being precise about what that preference actually buys you, because it is often assumed rather than examined.

Vendor headquarters is not the same as data residency, and neither is the same as a processing agreement. If your requirement comes from GDPR, the questions that matter are where data is stored, which sub-processors are used, whether a DPA is available and what the transfer mechanism is if any processing happens outside the EEA. A European postal address answers none of those. Ask both vendors directly, and ask for it in writing.

There is a second consideration specific to this category. These tools work by querying AI engines, and most of the major engines are operated by US companies. Whatever the tool vendor's location, the prompts being sent and the answers coming back transit those providers. A tool cannot make that go away by being European, so if the underlying concern is about which model providers see your query set, that is a question about engine coverage rather than vendor nationality.

What we could not verify

A great deal, and it is worth being explicit. We could not establish Peec AI's prices, its currency, its billing minimums, what the 3-model limit at Starter means in relation to the six named engines, what its API rate limits are, or what Enterprise includes. We did not run a trial and we have not tested its measurement methodology.

This page therefore compares published information and product positioning, not measured product quality. If you are seriously evaluating Peec, the public pages will not be sufficient and a demo will be necessary — which is itself a useful thing to know before you start.

Who wrote this

IndexHalo published this page, and IndexHalo is one of the products being compared. Read it with that in mind. We have tried to make it useful by linking every competitor claim to its source, stating plainly where a competitor is the better choice, and describing what we could not verify rather than filling the gap with a guess. If you find something here that is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Common questions

How much does Peec AI cost?+

We could not determine this. Peec AI's pricing page lists Starter, Pro, Advanced and Enterprise tiers marked as annual billing, but as read on 11 August 2026 it did not display prices for any tier. You will need to contact them. We are not going to estimate a number we did not see.

What does Peec AI publish about its tiers?+

Feature composition rather than price. Starter states access to ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity and Gemini, with 3 models included, 1 project, daily tracking and chat support. Pro adds a second project and 3 countries per project. Advanced states 5 countries per project. Enterprise is custom. Looker integration, API access, MCP integration and SSO are mentioned across tiers.

Which is better for multi-country tracking?+

On published information, Peec AI. Countries per project is a headline dimension of its tiering, which suggests geographic segmentation is a first-class concern in the product. IndexHalo does not currently tier on country coverage, so if tracking the same brand across several national markets is your primary requirement, Peec is the more directly aimed product.

Which engines does Peec AI cover?+

Its Starter tier names ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity and Gemini, with 3 models included at that tier. How the 3-model limit interacts with the six named engines was not clear to us from the public page.

Should I be concerned that prices are not published?+

It is not a red flag on its own — plenty of good enterprise software prices this way. It does mean you cannot evaluate cost without a sales conversation, which makes quick comparison harder and lengthens your evaluation. Weigh that against your own timeline.
